I believe emotions play a huge role in influencing the way your perform in a sporting competition of activity. For example when your worried about something you might not have slept very well and therefore also won’t be very active the next day and won’t perform as well as your probably could. When your angry you might have so much boiling up in you that when you starting running for example you put all your bad thoughts into this single activity and achieve a quicker time than ever

Because when you’re participating in sports or anything really you need to have the willingness to achieve it; and to achieve it you need to practice. If you’re enthusiastic about something it will encourage you even more to become better at the specific sport. Even when you don’t succeed the first time you need to think positively especially in the sports and hobbies.

That’s a really good attitude to have in everything you do. If you really know what you want to achieve and are prepared to fall down, and get back up again, you can and more often than not will achieve them.

My emotions towards food effect my sport performance because I cannot eat gluten without having a stitch or high stamina in anything I do in sport .
I have to press myself to avoid gluten to precede I’m my true sporting preformance.
So yes, emotional intelligence does effect sport in my opinion.
